Hello All, I took another look at their website and was trying to understand the difference between the individual Notes and the Funds.Am I correct in my thinking that ONLY Accredited Investors can do the Note Funds, while Individuals can do the individual notes?

What specific websites will they advertise your vacant property on?

In terms of renting it out - we saw the unit was offline on Zillow and other listing websites depsite the fact it was supposed to be on, and we were the ones who notified them of it.

I have no experience with this group but just visited their website. 

There’s a lot to go through on this site if you have any tips or forums that you find to be really helpful let me know. 

The website does not have an area for me to pay a fee to download the agreement.
