One of the REPS cases (I forget which off hand) they were basically like...petitioner states they spent 8 hours on X date supervising painters at the property and we find it highly unlikely that anyone would sit and watch paint dry for 8 hours. 

You would be better off watching some of the old webinars here on BP and then reading a few books. 

And watch out with scents—unscented products keep everyone happy.

Base the amount of podcast I watched, I know it's very possible but with limited finance, it seems out of my reach.

If it's "not your thing" then you are more likely to screw up, get tired, and watch the entire thing fall apart.
