I have come to the conclusion that modular and site built are the same on a $ per sf basis once you factor in transport, setup of the mods.

Holding unregulated shares in these syndications is the wild wild west and most will lose your shirt.

So think walkable (bonus) or by public transportation, if not garage parking is a must for when they come home late.

Those aren't going anywhere so there's a strong economic base but also looking at the city logistically it has all forms of transportation with a high volume of traffic coming through.
