I use Easy Self Storage as my management software and Alltec for my gate access system and they're compatible. they talk to each other and automatically lock/unlock tenant access based on their account status in the management software.

@Joey BudkaWell there are huge companies with programs UNLOCK, HOMETAP, POINTThey have been doing these equity sharing deals at least ~~8 yrs now

BIGTIME tax hits, owwww)Now there are even EQUITY BUYING/sharing CO’s out there— UNLOCK, Hometap etc.

And then it gives you a 8 digit code, that the lock's offline algorithm is aware of, that will unlock it!

One way to unlock potential could be to take the project to 'shovel ready.'

All cells are unlocked. 

If you qualify for REPS and own rentals, you unlock tons of tax benefits.
