How do y'all find your clients in need of this type of funding?

How to hire a design team, what to look for - do you run all the agreements under the architect or separate and why…..To me anyone going into a this type of program is going to be disappointed.

If the use of the funds are for business purposes, like investing in real-estate, you will have an easier chance of qualifying for a loan documentation and income wise.

For a condo you can/should check the county assessor for land value  (you would apply the same allocation %, don't use their actual number listed) Also check your HOA documents.
