They offer weekly training sessions on everything from investing and construction to vendor management, cash management, market analysis, and home underwriting.

I think too many people get into this and struggle for too long before realizing that they not been properly trained and potentially could have dramatically shortened the learning curve.   

A VA can be trained to fill out contracts and paperwork anytime to free up your time.

Or when syndication is struggling like it is move into the training business.there is huge money leveraging your on line popularity where folks will have an irrational opinion of someones bona fides based on SM media presence etc.

You would spend your time training them and looking to do those higher value functions and only those higher value functions. 

.- Tenant takes care of most of the fixes and repairs for the property, except for large ticket items that should have been taken care of before the tenant occupied the property.

In my search, I've noticed that many positions require proficiency in Yardi.I've been actively looking for effective ways to learn Yardi, but it seems challenging to find suitable training or courses online.
