Some sump pumps can have their own battery backup or alarm if not working.

I signed up for both a couple months ago and basically bounced back and forth between the two to see if I was presented with duplicate data, and often times I was, but the data that was contradictory was alarming.

I have 2 homes on the Eastside - AC unit was stolen before tenant moved in (thieves climbed a 7 foot fence), attempted break in with the other house (alarm scared intruder away). 

The amount of listings that have expired in the last month that I am being told they will try again in March 2024 is quite alarming.
