I'm currently working as a manager for AMC Movie Theaters and I'm looking for a career change into Real estate.

I've done the asking friends and family, tried finding investors - I run a small business selling and installing home theater equipment, so I've met a lot of wealthy people - but still can't even come up with enough to just front the money myself to get this going.

Anyhow, my main question is this...I plan on finishing building out the basement home section and that will end up having 3-4 more bedrooms plus a fitness center and theater room.

I work at a movie theater and a well known and very successful real estate investor came in.

Everybody loves movie tickets and when they are used to go to the theater the experience causes the tenant to think positively of the landlord as providing something nice.

However, because of your idea, I started doing my research and came across drive-in movie theaters.

It's a little elementary school-esque, but it worked and was great.We had a meeting in an old theater once. 

Question 2:My primary home is 3 bed, 2.5 bath, movie theater, pool, outdoor kitchen, fully remodeled with "the best", in upscale neighborhood.
