I’d love to come to a meeting of the minds and a public forum probably isn’t the best place to do that.

Laundromats are open to the public, and if the local neighborhood has a high crime rate and transient population, those can be potentially expensive problems that can affect your business.

Most will have the public off the shelf, and those DO come with the actions that NO they do NOT have to give you ___ time notice, they may, but they also may take proactive measure to immediately act.

In order to comply with SEC regulations, there is no platform to publicly announce your deal to the crowd (both posting on Facebook and publicly announcing it at an event could be construed as a solicitation, which is not permitted under the structure that most sponsors in the group use).

Public forms are not the best place for asking legal questions since it's rare to find a unified accurate answer, so hopefully the video helps.
