So basically there are some suppressed areas where prices can fall so low that that a bank will not even want to do a loan for it because the loan amount will not be enough to make it worth their while.

If they must, I tell them to do the minimal amount of fire suppression before leaving.

Also most people don't understand that FB suppresses posts so if you wrote 10 blog posts your FB members will usually only see one show up on their news feed...

The County still provides school for the kids, ambulance, fire suppression, plows and repairs the roads, etc, but loses the small amount of taxes it used to produce. 

For instance, maybe needing fire suppression system in 3 units and bigger but not needed if its owner occupied type of thing ( just a made up example).

My selfish side has trouble suppressing that though, I just want to make some dollars :).

By the numbers a person would say that's not going to last and it was the cheaper homes flushing themselves through the system suppressing the actual inflation in home pricing.

Codes actually helped me out on this one and told me to spray foam the gaps which would also help suppress a fire between the units and slow the spread.
