As a Canadian it has some restrictions like a lack of mobile browser/app support outside the US, but I'm sure for an American it would be great.

I also purchased the "training/coaching" and received very little support and what I did receive was not very valuable.

Then all they have to do is make enough to support their family. 

I hear great things about KW but I’m not sure if it’s the best choice if one wants to focus on investing or working with investor clients .I’m not really looking for no training /no support type brokers .

@Paul Scammacca As long as the rent can support the new proposed PITI you can get up to 75% LTV cash out at near conventional rates using a DSCR loan. 

It sounds like you’ve already gone above and beyond to address the issue and support your tenant.

This is sad for a company like BP to not support their technology.  

For it’s part, Fannie Mae historically has focused more on purchasing mortgages from larger financial institutions, while Freddie Mac was originally designed to support smaller/regional/thrift institutions.
