Focus on creating a compelling message and a call to action - the substance of your message will go a lot further than a nice logo.Does this make sense?

I have been wanting to get this going for years, been reading/studying on & off all this time and am now getting things going.After lurking on this forum for some time, I realize that my reading has focused on motivational books with little substance and I am now struggling to come to grips with the cold calculations of the REI experienced here on BP.

Also I learned very little about this organization as it seemed to he mostly hype and little substance.

The reason why I have to use the entire phrase is because the CFP (TM) [Certified Financial Planner] has some actual substance to it instead of some of the other financial designations that are freely handed out to all kinds of salespeople to sound like they know something.

As a matter of fact, the servicer won't have any conversation of substance with anyone, concerning a short sale, without an accepted offer between buyer and seller.

When I asked you to post anything of substance that you may know, this wasn't it.

A sure sign of a an opening being used, is this black grease like substance around the opening.

If someone has creditors chasing them, or has a domestic or substance issue, it will often turn up.

Is there something/a substance we can apply to help loosen the valves?
