Hello experts,I stumbled across the BiggerPockets podcast yesterday and here I am.

Hello to anyone who may stumble upon this post! 

How I stumbled on RLS was looking for a Solo 401K provider.   

If you do choose the coaching or mentor route, keep in mind that 99% of the "gurus" that you will stumble across have been in the business only throughout this last upswing and haven't been through multiple market cycles.

The more property you inspect, the more of an expert you will become in your area.Once you feel comfortable with inspecting properties, learning the right questions to ask, understanding your local market, and HOW to evaluate each potential deal, THEN you will know a good opportunity when you stumble upon it.You can transfer those skills into looking at other markets and will have some clues as to what makes a good deal.

So no formal education for me got my RE license at 18. and stumbled into a few deals  had a natural knack of salesmanship. 

I am very impressed with the experienced professionals here and am glad that I stumbled upon this site. 

I may have stumbled upon a great deal but as I am not a professional or seasoned expert like most of you, I thought I would drop the numbers and plans here and see if I’m outside of my depth hereNear Clanton, Alabama I found a 4 acre lot for $100k.

There’s a whole lot more thinking necessary than just stumbling across a YouTube video and being enticed by a change in lifestyle dream.
