Guaranteeing  your commercial loan is essentially putting your personal credit up to strengthen the case for someone to lend to your business (which I assume is new). 

I am comfortable with the construction aspect, but working on strengthening my business knowledge such as taxes, arv's, etc.Thanks Cody.

Strengthen your strengths and hire your weaknesses.

The experience i gain will ideally coincide and strengthen my future buy-and-hold rental portfolio.

But seriously we enjoyed the process and outcome, definitely strengthens a relationship!  

I'm weak in several area's so I hire people to strengthen me in those areas. 

All of these are not mandatory, however will strengthen you on your journey. 

If we can keep more people in their homes we can strengthen our community.
