In terms of making another purchase, as far as I know, I am at a stand still until around November of 2016.

And just to make sure you're aware, a ton of Baltimore City online services are at a standstill due to a ransomware attack, so pretty much any and all real estate transactions are at a standstill until it's dealt with.I'm also curious: if you're from Virginia, why are you farming in Baltimore?

The seller and I are at a standstill on negotiating (she wants non-refundable earnest money), so I could use experienced apartment investors to help me analyze this deal to see if its worth putting up the earnest money to get this under contract.

Also, reno has been postponed and placed on standstill for a month.Is there a way I can craft up a deal where I can buy the house from my brother in law and create a win win situation?!

Currently I’m at a stand still because there aren’t any 2-4 units for sale.

Especially in the high-end homes, where the market hit a standstill last autumn and never really took back off again.
