Yes, this system does have me put in dates but then it doesn't seem to show them easily.

Our real goal is to refi the homes before we come close to the due date and pay them off early. 

After this conversation and having an agreed upon vision, save it as a "Version" of the vision on that particular date. 

I would keep the deposit unless I am able to rebook the dates and then I would only make her pay the difference for any unbooked nights.
