Try to have a sit down meeting with the HOA board which may only be three people.  

Typically, you can only do one rollover per 12-month period (again, IRS Publication 969 has the details).In the end, having the option to invest your HSA funds is usually a better bet than letting them sit in a basic savings account.

When I go to events like this, I do go to some of the sessions, but most of my time is just sitting in the lobby chatting with people. 

Homes have been sitting much longer, and sellers have their reasons to sell.

If you get too cute on zeroing in on a certain "demographic" (whatever that is), you will find the property sitting empty a lot of the time.
