The property is 2 stories and 1,875 square feet and was constructed in 2024.

The upper story and deck of the residence come out over the top of the motel forming kind of an exterior corridor or breezeway that pops out on the front of the building. 

It would be a different story if I were endorsing a business that was not doing a good job.
