Am totally new to investing, but every training session i read or listen to, says to start in your back yard. 

Think of it as a very prolonged, unglamorous yoga session.

If I wait to post the house till the renovations are complete I probably wont be able to have someone move in till September 1st which is past when schools gets in session.

Otherwise, no one would be able to wholesale legally in MD and they wouldn't attempt to pass HB0301 in 2023 session.

We are still fine-tuning but the price will include the entire conference experience: (3) nights at the all-inclusive resort + access to keynotes, breakout sessions, guided networking, opening event, closing event, exhibit hall, author signing, and more! 

We will see how much we can get done in that free 1 hour session and then we can go from there!
