From my experience, this is a very seasonal market.

Rented quickly for prime in rent in slow season.

Besides planning/maximizing the current tax season, I'd also plan ahead.

A couple of our cash flowing properties do not yet count towards income because they are not fully seasoned.

Your interest rate, on a fixed rate loan, should remain unchanged and your mortgage should not be called due.However you should still confirm that this is the case with your lender (and read your mortgage commitment) out of an abundance of caution and because some loans and programs do require a longer seasoning period.

Most STR markets have seasonality, and there are untold issues in the future that will effect cashflow.
