I am a bit anxious to buy a new place in order to get a chance of scenery with a little more space but I am hoping I can make the numbers work within the year.

The housing costs are more affordable, while still offering the city appeal with good scenery.

The house is also getting a bit cramped for us and frankly my wife and I are just ready for a change of scenery.

We moved to a gated community thinking it would be safe, and we would have tons of good neighbors but we overlooked that there is a small house next door that is brown and sort of blends in with the scenery so we didn't let that dictate our buying choice. 

What I like are 1) Potential: up and coming neighborhoods/city development 2) Weather 3) Scenery 4) low cost of living 5) It's my wife's idea (for real this time)It seems that you live there, as well as, @Greg Seawell (thank you so much for your reply and willingness to help), I'd really appreciate if you could give me a realistic sense of how true/false my fears are.

I agree with meeting new people, it’s tome to switch up the scenery a bit!

It’s to the point we’re I’m considering moving to Columbus to grow my business but I find it hard to leave this place because the scenery is very enchanting.All advice and or comments welcomed.

There is great food, excellent beer, culture, and plenty of scenery nearby.

The coffee and motivational scenery surely places it all into perspective.
