Every business is scalable if the person running it is knowledgeable and proactive.

First, that step is not scalable, and second, it's kind of redundant with the information in the letter.

Batch Leads - To be fair, I tried BL really early on, and it's possible that I didn't know what I was even doing but I strongly believe that software should be scalable.
