This is not going to work and you will be spraying money into a lake.

You might want to think about pulling up the carpet and taking a look. (2) Maybe the water delivery piping under the floor, hot or cold, has developed a pinhole leak and is spraying onto the subfloor from below.

So, while it’s technically possible, I would take that concern with a grain of salt.

There is a lot more to MTRs than my basic thoughts above, and I wrote this in a bit of a rush, so take everything with a grain of salt. 

You can probably "find a guy" for cheap but they will spray everything (blow and go) and cut corners.

That said I'm not 100% confident in this answer so take it with a grain of salt.

AirDNA has amazing numbers for it (which you should take with a grain of salt but is valuable).

We removed it, and when with 2 propane heaters (one for the basement and one for the cabin).Some other things to think about:- Hammock- Bug spray- Boot tray for shoes- Snow shovels- Coffee and condiments for when they are snowed in and can't get out- Fly swatter for summer- If no internet service, then consider getting Starlink. 

Also, the leads come from up to 10 different states, and my only area of expertise is Atlanta and Memphis, so I found it difficult to convert many of the leads.Take this with a grain of salt though, as the service may work for you even though it hasn't worked all that well for me!
