The house was in fine shape, not sure they ever fully moved in by the looks of it, needed nothing to be done for a turn but a minor cleaning so we agreed to let them out of the lease, full SD back as long as they signed an agreement there was no mold and they would never pursue any damages or claim any issues etc.
