Here in rural Oregon, there are no riots or violence, we're heavily Republican and people pay their rent because it's the right thing to do.

I suspect it is because the Board President himself stores lots of stuff in his driveway that little action has been taken on that.I'm new in the HOA (moved in a year ago), but I want to read them the riot act on this.
