For me personally, it does not matter if prices retreat.

this happened yesterday afternoon in Louisville. a Landlord went to tenant's home, knocked on door to collect rent, Tenant grabbed gun and shot Landlord several times while he was retreating to his vehicle.

agreed sometimes its just best to take the cash there will always be rentals to buy.. and you lock in profit.. so risk of future real estate retreat is taken off the table.

Hi all, we're developing a vintage camper retreat in Hillsdale NY.We decided to accept investment through Mainvest a crowdfunding site.Does anyone have experience crowdfunding real estate?

My places are doing okay but I see a lot of panicking in a lot of the STR facebook groups where people say they've been doing this for ~5 years and this is the worst Nov/Dec/Jan they've ever had.At the prices some people got in at, a summer where prices/occupancy retreat to 2019 levels (much less lower than 2019 like some people are seeing this winter) would be pretty catastrophic for some. 

Perfect as a Retreat Center, Camp Complex, Event Center, etc.

I just have a lot of thoughts (as you all can see hahaha) and don't know if I'm so eager to move forward with this just to keep myself busy/to have somewhere to retreat to, or if it's because it has the likelihood of being a smart way to spend my money.

On the inside I completely gutted the bathrooms, turning a half bath into a master retreat.
