Small and large suites currently built out with 2 restrooms at the end of the hall.  

A lot of those things could get by with one or two public restrooms(minimal plumbing), and solid electrical.  

Put small flyers inside the restrooms of the university.

I know I don’t like sharing a restroom with my children, trying to see if it would make sense to add a shower.

I am looking to learn about real estate strategies in the multifamily and short-term rental space.Separately, I have also started working on an internet-of-things (IoT) project that helps enforce hand hygiene in public restrooms and would love to get some feedback from the community here.

The property is 9000 Sq ft build in concrete, 5400 sq ft warehouse(has a restroom but no hvac) divided in to 3 bays (1800 each) and 3600 sq ft office space.

This is a 1400Sqft townhouse, 3 bed, 2 car garage, built in 1980 and should rent for about $800/mo.I have these ugly cabinets in the kitchen, downstairs restroom, 2nd upstairs restroom and in the master restroom.What do you guys think I should do?
