Hello @Timothy Hilario,I think there are benefits to both strategies.If you move out of your apartment and rent it as a mid-term rental, you could see decent cashflow without pulling equity out of the unit.

I am debating whether to continue to rent them or to sell one or both of them. 

It took quite a good time (~6months) even with a property manager but finally found the renter after rent decrease by 200$.

Just looking to see a range that I could rent that out for.

If it's turn key and rented you would analyze current rents vs expenses.
