I think you have to own them if the people were nice and respectful.One thing I've found is that you have to specifically remind them in the beginning, middle, and the end, that you want to provide a 5-star stay to result in a 5-star review.

This reminds me of the story of a wall-street banker convincing a fisherman who already has time for his friends / family to instead scale his fisherman business(get employees, integrate, then sell the business) all of which will lead him to be able to spend time with his friends and family.It already sounds like you have a great life - spending time wth family and in great health.Having additional money doesn't sounds like it would improve your life that much.

It reminds me of a buddy of mine in San Diego who realized early on that the investors who stuck around longest weren’t just chasing the best cap rate..they were sticking with him because he made them feel like they were part of something that actually mattered.

If a tenant has a clog and calls, we remind them of this clause and then go ahead and call our plumber, who fixes it and reports back.

Ryan, this kind of deal reminds me of a situation a friend of mine, Carla, encountered a few years back in a suburb near San Diego.

again its just reminds me of that situation I have no clue as to how good these deals are or are not.
