Honestly, none of those items are too difficult however if this is your first property I would probably reconsider.  

If you do not want (Age/Sex/Race/Religion/Familial status/sexual orientation) living in your rental unit, you may want to reconsider if you want to be a landlord or have a PM who manages it for you.Just my suggestions.

@Ryan Jones - I would reconsider the repercussions there will be in real estate investing full time.

If you don't have a lot of time , experience and know how, or some good partners, you might reconsider.

Matthew, I suggest you just open regular IRA at Vanguard and invest into one of their index funds, maximize your contributions for the next few years and once you have a sizable amount then you can reconsider SD IRA.  

An experienced investor doesn't use Zillow as a data point.Personally, I would reconsider this deal.

(If your deal hinges on that 1/4 point, you may want to reconsider whether it's a good deal).  

Also, if hiring an attorney is cost-prohibitive, I would reconsider a commercial real estate venture.

If your job is very stressful or demanding and doesn't allow you to take time off "to visit clients" or "Lunch meetings" (hint hint), then maybe reconsider the syndication thing.

I think I’d reconsider renewing this persons lease .
