She then tells me " I cant cut grass , I am a woman and I dont even own a lawn mower " I told her that the lawn mower doesnt care what gender you are , and if you dont want to mow the lawn I can arrange to have it done for an additional $ 100 per month added to the rent .

Expenses across multiple properties

To date I've been able to account for smaller expenses by tying them to a specific property if for example I'd purchased an inexpensive hand tool for a specific project on that property but I don't think that would be the proper way to account for more expensive tools that I bought for the overall business like a new lawn mower or something.

I am pretty sure they are only economically motivated since no one in Cincinnati actually discriminates based on race other than 2 and 3 family owner occupied units.
