They used lasers to find the low spots and used "push piers" to lift those areas. 

Ok, not completely closed; they allow you to push data in, but then your stuck to see and manipulate in a very limited way.For me this is a deal breaker because if you can't quickly and easily check on the health of your business, you are wasting time and stifling your growth.

Did the PM push you to be aggressive in pricing?

If you don’t establish the right foundation first, you’re just letting the numbers push you around instead of controlling the deal narrative.I actually built my own underwriting calculator to streamline the qualification process.

After negotiation, we pushed the delivery time to late Q3 2024.Kevin and John.

If they push back on that, walk.

They need to push out more help for smaller landlords.

So instead of always pushing max rents, I've seeing things pan out better when you just get good tenants in your properties and try and get them to stay.
