Well, the nay-sayers are bound and determined to promote their viewpoint, no matter how much the evidence contradicts them.

BP has done such a great job of promoting SFR investing to the masses, that those masses have pushed up real estate prices to where it's now DIFFICULT to cashflow right away.Keep going, but understand you won't get rich in real estate overnight - it's a long-term wealth building strategy.For the short-term, recommend joining a few in-person investor meetings if possible, otherwise online ones.

That one can be found though for sure.When I was moderating, it was frankly laughable the excuses the very few people made when their posts were obviously self-promotion.

I haven’t seen any longer term studies done, only promotional info when the RE market was generally rising.  

I’m looking for some advice and guidance.I get-it how many want to promote "there" way of doing things, and often state it as "you should ___", because it's what they would do.
