BIG LESSON: Know what borrowers are capable of doing when in fear mode.

Can it really be just a bubble inflated by FOMO, fear of missing out?

I fear a loss of investment capital, but am holding out some hope.It is my opinion that RE investing is more difficult than a few years ago due to the cost of capital and its effect on the market.

When I was his age and even into my early 30's I had a fear of speaking to people or publicly and am comfortable doing it now, but we have felt this is a good skill to have.

If you fear making a wrong move, I'd look into your network & see if there are any mentors or investors that you could potentially partner up with on your first deal! 

I felt they lean on 'fear' marketing a bit to much.

Most of the time when people pay for a mentorship program they are really just paying to eliminate a fear not for knowledge.

It is called "loss aversion".We are conditioned to be more fearful or a loss than hopeful for a gain.
