The first is the way dividends or rent is payed is through tokens which recently have been under pressure due to their transaction cost, it's not a deal breaker but it is something that factors in when you go to turn your tokens into money.

Yup they hammer folks for the non refundabel deposits.. high pressure is how they are taught to sell.

I could sell my entire portfolio of 28 doors and pull the leverage lever OR I could sell this 14 unit and pay for something in all cash and do a lazy 1031 exchange, or do a regular 1031 which puts more pressure on the time frame.
