I have just started in a 3-day training for the Lee Arnold broker certification program and thus far just completed the online material required for preparation. 

Have a list prepared around a nice area of houses that you have selected that will fit your criteria....maybe see the insides of one or two?

Make sure you are prepared for that and have a contingency for that.

Be prepared for Vegas’ unpredictable winter weather!

Could be that the funds that bought the loans are liquidating, or it could be repositioning in preparation for future business.

I am preparing to attend their next meetup towards the end of the month and will continue looking for more ways to stay engaged.

That being said if you are willing to start with a smaller property or have more cash reserves than we did as we were preparing for our wedding you can make the deals happen you just have to be creative with it. 

This approach could be the fastest and most cost-effective way to regain possession of the property and prepare it for new tenants.4o
