The Canadian Edition of Quickbooks really only differed from its U.S.A. cousin by having an awkward implementation of GST/HST (our VAT) and GIFI.  

I'm well diversified in equities, I think the scarcity game of physical real estate then add in the premium which is location will give me a higher yield in the 10-20 year mark and that's my timeline. 

The window of opportunity to own and operate a successful, particularly luxury vacation rental in premium areas is open but closing.

This is so my premiums don’t go up or I don’t get cancelled.

There will always be someone looking to pay the lowest price and others who will pay a premium.
