Is it at the point yet where its the equivalent of eating tide pods or putting your hand on a hot stove or pouring bleach in your eyes (or whatever else kids do nowadays). 

If you elect to do a modification of the existing loan instead of a refi there will still need to be a new search and an endorsement to the existing policy date through the recording date of the mod.

I have listened to 100s of hours of pod casts/videos on real estate and the many different ways to do it and am excited to learn and grow in this space. 

Mods, if this is in the wrong area please move or delete.I pay for a monthly service that gives daily updates to the mortgage market, specifically how MBS are trading and market influences that sway pricing.

They also mentioned a loan mod and I'm getting for info on that. 

40 gallon, natural gas, assuming the space it sits in doesn't have to be modified and the existing flu pipe is good:  Material $450, Labor $80, includes haul off of old heater.Same size, electric, assuming no mods to the wiring or space: Materials $350, Labor $80.Add $40 parts and labor if a shut off needs to be replaced.
