Stop trying invest in Condos all though it is easier for Preventative maintenance such as Roof but still have to take into account AC unit, pluming, etc.

The framing is different the electrical is different the pluming is stuffed in Sofits and romex wire is just run with no real regard for the safety codes that are so tough on here in California.All this believe me is no call to an alarm,  just want to explain your opportunity properly.

Cleaned and treated all hardwood floors, patched all holes and painted entire house, replaced door in the basement leading to the garage, had pluming repaired in the bathroom and new shower head and fixtures installed, replaced porch railing, installed all new cordless blinds.

The drain seems like its going to be your biggest obstacle but you can locate the stack where all the homes pluming routes to and determine which way the plumbing is running under slab or foundation.

Pluming doesn't need any changes, there's an outlet on the wall we are tearing down so I imagine we'll move it (electric) and we would need to move the gas line as the oven is in that awkward half wall and we are moving it elsewhere.
