I know our title plants in the metro areas of Or Wa are all off shore and its common to order title one day it gets worked up in the Philippines at  night and back to Or the next day or 2 days.. but this one really shocked me thats why I thought to post about it.

You would be shocked (maybe you wouldn't) at how the posters who reverse troll try to make it like it was just a simple question (with bullet points and a soft call-to-action).

The name is really to emphasize the non-cheerleader aspect.It has to be shocking just for the examples you gave.

I just won 4 bids and was shocked because I don’t usually win bids.

Pay more each month and be done with loan faster...shocked face.  

But if you hold max leverage for 40 years, I wouldn't be shocked if at some point you go broke.

The best example of this bias at play is the Milgram Shock experiment.

Its better to be pleasantly supprised than utterly disappointed
