10 years ago my property was 90% VRBO, 10% Airbnbsame property 10 years in using both,now it's 90% Airbnb, 10% VRBOsame property, same pictures on both sites, etc.

Their pictures of the leadership team is sketchy as well. 

The increased cash flow would make such a substantial difference in your daily life that not paying it off would be foolish.Outside of that, I can't see many reasons I would take a 15% tax hit to save 4% on a mortgage, which is really only effectively about 3-3.5% depending on your tax bracket.

No income statement,  no balance sheet, nothing that can give you correct financial picture.

Also, did not even think to take pictures once she moves out so I will definitely be doing that.

We both know the numbers you used (mostly that 1000% return number) aren't practical, but humoring them paints an interesting picture about the financial advantage of leverage.
