For seller financing deals, I show sellers the interest earned over the life of the loan and total proceeds from the sale. 

As far as the construction, yes, but I have been very surprised at some of the finish product that is coming out, specifically from the North Lawndale area - as a SW residernt all my life is very exciting to see this area slowly clean itself up.

What about the business personally resonates with you?

I find it's very personal, and dependent a lot on your goals, resources, risk tolerance, location, experience, etc.

Here's what I'd do: Create a Word Document or Google Document Titled "DRAFT: Life Vision" do not use a template, do not pay some guru for this.

I know some will differ here but I will offer my personal opinion like many others have.

And as a person who was actively FT investing then, I can say that the majority of talk was on more of a drop, W recovery, going too $0, decades of dystopian life etc etc..

You don't need to be larger than life, driving flashy cars, or using your looks to make a sale.
