Newish investor here, seriously considering investing in a rental property in Europe (given lower prices and near parity between Euro and dollar).

Today we have reached parity 1:1 and that makes buying in Europe a bargain for American's.

We own a rental diagonally across the corner from an elementary.

Last analysis from NAHB was that if building could continue, unimpeded, and growing at continued rate of growth, parity would be reached with demand in 10 years. 10!.

When taking the photos, stand in a spot where you can capture the rooms at an angle showing diagonal lines to make the photos more appealing.

The day to day load is pretty minimal.As far as the business goes, I would like to grow the business sustainably, with the goal to reach income parity with my current career in the next few years.

The US dollar and the Euro will also hit parity, but I am not sure of the exact timing.  

I pay $1.50 for square lay, $1.75 for brick lay, and $2 diagonal.
