So you rush to get all that info to them and then hear nothing but a long silence afterwards.Also, we have had many problems with the banks' title agencies who more often than not are in a completely different state and the contact person was off shore could barely speak english and hadn't a clue how to close.Unless the price is "bank approved" I wouldn't low ball it very much unless there are some serious major repairs necessary.

But the locals know the values and if the markets were devoid of outside influence's IE CA or off shore investors the values would reach a true fair market value ( much lower than it is being offered to CA investors)..

A great deal more would need to be shared in order to give you advice.There are equity based lenders that will entertain offshore funding projects; expect the need for the borrower to come in with 25-30% to seal the deal.Regards,Scott Miller
