Check on that in case the lawyer has some obscure reg up his sleeve.I love the fact that you went full license, exterminator, outside party etc. and had it tested as that should cover you even in the unlikely event this rears its head.

I still believe there is a good chance of enjoying one, maybe two, positive quarters later this year or early next; however, a crisis of this magnitude doesn't suddenly fade into obscurity, just because the economy no longer shrinks at an annual rate of 6-8%.Going forward, not only will economic growth disappoint, but the economic cycles will become more volatile again (see chart 1) with several boom/bust cycles packed into the next couple of decades.

I've run across this many times, and personally don't like the idea of a window in a shower, for a couple of reasons.First is privacy...even if with obscure glass or glass block, without some kind of black-out curtain, you can still see when someone is in the shower (and usually even the diff between boys and girls, if y'know what I mean).

Hey guys, Myself and a few friends are looking at getting our first buy and hold rental property, the three of us are just out of college based in Wisconsin and we are pretty open to where we should buy our first property, so far we have looked at Chicago because it is so close but it seems like most good deals in Chicago are pretty obscure, that being said we could definitely use any advice we can get regarding where to look, how to secure funding, and how to create value in our first rental when we purchase it, pretty much any advice you can give to a aspiring investor would probably help us.
