I shot you a request.what are your thoughts on the North Shore?

Sounds interesting if you have a email I can send you the info for a hard money lender I know since they only lend in texas, Colorado,  Georgia,  Tennessee, north Carolina and Arizona 

I personally invest in the North Dallas area (Prosper/Celina) where there is lots of growth in homes with nice lots.

@Jacob Dalton - I have been a landlord in Chicago for 13 years and as an investor agent I have worked with 200+ investors on the north side of Chicago over the last 10 years. 

I also have a hedge fund buyer looking for properties in Dayton, cincinnati, Virginia and north Carolina.

This in a desirable town further North.

Appreciate you taking a quick look but Steilacoom is a different market than North Tacoma.

But the places we all encounter that could only have a wheelchair ramp put in that intrudes into the public sidewalk (which neither the landlord nor the tenant owns, and now the sidewalk may not be sufficiently wide or accessible for a wheelchair), or that would require tearing down the storefront's façade (envision a storefront right up against the sidewalk), are grandfathered in.
