Atlanta has a thriving tech scene in Buckhead which brings a lot of jobs to the city.

Ongoing population growth, a thriving tech scene and strong economic factors point towards potential value increases down the line.

There is a large retail scene in Columbus as well, with big retailers such as Bath & Body Works, Victoria's Secret and Big Lots all having headquarters in Columbus. 

Mazatlan is located 20 minutes south, a nice tourist city on the Pacific Ocean known for its Banda music scene and Japanese inspired restaurants.I bought the land in 2022 thinking I would build a vacation home/rental within 2-3 years, but with changing financial priorities, I will not be building or developing anything in Mexico for around 6-7 years from now.

The benefit though is that most people I've run into here in the investment scene are good people who are positive and see the benefit of working together.

Aside from paying taxes, there are a lot of people behind the scenes that we rarely see.  

It's certainly not this way everywhere, but it my city it's a very different scene than what I was used to. 

Yeah, after checking out the real estate investment scene and weighing the pros and cons, you realized there are better ways to grow your wealth.
