It's intent it to encourage private sector investors, improve entertainment, eateries, and foot/bike travel.

They plan to build a skatepark close to downtown and the amount of new eateries popping up is terrific.

You have zero existing connections and no past experience in the area to back yourself up.If you came across one of those killer, mouth-watering deals and didn't have to cash to buy it yourself...

While waiting for my mouth-watering french dip to arrive, I decided to pick up this week's edition of Sacramento News & Review and see if there was anything new going on in the real estate market.

So getting together with successful investors means finding the local hangout or eatery and getting your feet wet in the conversation.

Now a days in my area, some don't really need a car with all the ubers and lyfts and if your either live / work is walkable , or in my case 60+ eateries, bars, restaurants within 1/2 mile, 100s of more shopping service stuff, movies, all the choices blah blah blah.
