I see the same value in getting license to be more legit in the eyes of investors, banks, and also I would like to build some ADUs/rentals for others..  

I found the process to be legit and transparent as far as them viewing and making an offer on my property.

You can usually tell pretty quickly if the meetup is legit networking or if it's just a funnel for a sales pitch.

Sure- it's absolutely possible for a legit syndicator to lose money on a deal, but there's no excuse for lack of communication, honesty or threats.

There seemed like there were a few that were not legit.

Another close friend got all this guys bank statements etc and found hundreds of thousands being wired to casinos right after he received wires.  

QUESTIONABLE- Best Buy over $1,000 (maintenance visit soon after noticed two new TVs and Xbox consoles in kid's bedrooms) POOR CHOICE- Numerous purchases from online women's store selling wigs, "interesting clothing" & such (yes, we looked up the website) POOR CHOICE- Numerous cash withdraws of $400-$500 at Detroit casinos.

I would love to talk to someone who personally used it just wanting to confirm its legit and all that.
