As long as the ADU is under 900 sq. ft. and meets the state building code, there will be no variance or special permit needed, so no ZBA or neighborhood meetings.

My goal would be to build an investment net with passive income, de-risking the fact that I am the only earner.  

A developer had already worked out deals with the owners of the other 5 buildings and finally got the 6th and final building under contract.
